SHIPPING POLICY
This document outlines the policies for shipping orders from and returning items to SkinMonday.com (also accessible via SkinMonday.pl and SkinMonday.shop). It combines information on delivery procedures and the conditions for returns. This policy is a summary derived from our main Terms and Conditions, which govern all sales.
Shipping Information

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship orders only to addresses within the Republic of Poland.

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by you during the checkout process.

Shipping Carrier:

Orders are delivered using a courier service. As stated in our Terms and Conditions (effective Sept 15, 2024), the current designated courier is InPost sp. z o.o.

Available shipping carriers for your specific order may be confirmed during the checkout process.

Personal Pickup:

Personal pickup of orders is not available.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The exact shipping cost for your order will also be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated delivery times are provided on our website: www.skinmonday.com.

Delivery time is calculated starting from the day you send (place) your Order.

For Customers classified as Consumers or Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights under Polish law, the maximum delivery timeframe is 30 days from the order placement date.

Damaged Shipments (During Delivery):

For consumer distance purchases, SkinMonday.com bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of Goods during transit.

If your order arrives with obvious transit damage, please:

Report the damage to the courier upon delivery, if possible.

Contact us promptly at admin@skinmonday.com to report the issue.

Note: Prompt reporting assists us, but any delay does not impact your statutory rights concerning product non-conformity.

Returns Information
We handle two main types of returns: standard returns under the consumer Right of Withdrawal, and returns due to defective or non-conforming goods.
A. Standard Returns (Right of Withdrawal / Change of Mind)

Eligibility & Timeframe:

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days without stating a reason.

This period begins the day after you (or a designated third party, not the carrier) receive the Goods.

How to Initiate a Return:
-
Notify SkinMonday.com of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement via email to admin@skinmonday.com.

A model withdrawal form is available online (Customer Service tab), but its use is not mandatory.

Returning the Goods:
-
Send the Goods back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping.

Refunds:
-
We will refund the purchase price of the returned Goods. Original shipping costs paid by you are not refunded.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Promotional Items: If returning part of an order negates eligibility for a promotion applied at purchase, the refund amount may be adjusted according to Section VII, points 4 & 5 of our full Terms and Conditions.

Condition of Returned Goods:

You may be liable for any decrease in the value of the Goods if handling goes beyond what's necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.

Exclusions:

Returns are not accepted for:

Goods sealed for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.

B. Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
(Primarily applies to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights under Polish law)

Eligibility:

If Goods delivered are faulty, damaged upon arrival (beyond transit damage covered above), or otherwise do not conform to the Sales Agreement.

How to Initiate a Claim:

Submit a complaint detailing the issue via email to admin@skinmonday.com. Include product details, defect description, date noticed, batch number (if possible), and your requested resolution (repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal).

Returning Defective Goods:

We may request you return the defective item for assessment.

As per Section VIII, point 9 of our Terms and Conditions, the Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning defective goods for assessment.

Assessment & Resolution:

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

Valid claims may result in repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is significant), according to applicable Polish consumer law.
